Vortex

A metaphor to Baltimore as a magnet for creative energies synergizing and co-creating. Baltimore as a home that exists on this land and in my heart has taught me so much about what it means to be (and not to be) from this land. I- a foreigner have come to learn that anywhere is home that you make of it. Our relationship to this land we stand on changes year by year but we cannot deny that it has left an eternal imprint in our lives. My first public show was in this space. It only seemed right to end up right where I started. Steps forward and steps back we unite once again.
