This is a high-quality digital print of my original piece "Quetzal".
The quetzal is found throughout Central America and is the national bird of Guatemala. It was sacred to the Maya and Aztec peoples, and royalty and priests wore its feathers during ceremonies. These three quetzals are perched on a historic water fountain found in Patterson Park, Baltimore, and symbolize the numerous immigrants from Central America that have made this part of Baltimore their home.
The original piece is acrylic paint on stretched canvas.
Offered in 5"x7", 8"x10", and 13"x19" sizes.
Also offered in 5"x7" matted to 8"x10" and 8"x10" matted to 11"x14"
